These terms apply when you use premjasuja.com and when you hire Prem Jasuja ("I", "me") for marketing services. Using this website means you accept them. A signed proposal or written agreement for a specific project always takes priority over anything written here.
Using this website
You may read, print and share the pages of this site for your own use. You may not copy the text, design or code to build a competing site, and you may not use the site in a way that damages it or interferes with anyone else using it.
Services
Services include Google Ads, Meta Ads, conversion tracking, landing pages, branding and SEO. Each project starts with a written proposal that sets out the scope, the deliverables, the timeline and the fee. Anything outside that scope is quoted separately before the work starts.
Your responsibilities
- Give me the access I need (ad accounts, analytics, website or hosting) and keep it active while we work together.
- Provide accurate information about your business, products, offers and claims.
- Reply to questions and review drafts within a reasonable time, since delays move the timeline.
- Pay the advertising platforms directly. Ad spend is not included in my fee unless the proposal says so.
Fees and payment
Fees, the billing cycle and the payment method are set out in your proposal or on the Upwork contract. Monthly retainers are invoiced in advance; project work is normally split between a starting payment and a payment on delivery. Work can be paused on accounts with an unpaid invoice older than 14 days.
Results
I commit to the work described in the proposal and to a professional standard of delivery. I do not guarantee specific rankings, sales, lead volumes or returns, because those depend on your market, your offer, your budget, your website and how the advertising platforms behave. Any figures, charts or examples on this website are shown for illustration unless they are clearly marked as a client's real result.
Ownership
Your accounts, data, brand assets and anything I create specifically for you belong to you once the related invoice has been paid. I keep ownership of my own templates, checklists, scripts and working methods. I may show non-confidential work in my portfolio unless you ask me in writing not to.
Confidentiality
I treat your business information, data and account access as confidential and only share it where you ask me to, or where the law requires it. I am happy to sign your NDA.
Third-party platforms
Work often depends on platforms I do not control, such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn, WordPress, hosting companies and payment providers. I am not responsible for their outages, policy changes, account suspensions or price changes, but I will help you deal with them.
Liability
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise my total liability for any claim connected to a project is limited to the fees you paid me for that project in the three months before the claim, and I am not liable for lost profit, lost data or indirect losses.
Ending an engagement
Either of us may end an ongoing engagement with 14 days' written notice. You pay for work done up to the end date, and I hand over the assets, access and documentation that belong to you. Cancellations and refunds are covered in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Chandigarh have jurisdiction. Work contracted through Upwork is also subject to that platform's own terms.
