This website is run by Prem Jasuja, a freelance digital marketing consultant based in Chandigarh, India. This policy explains what personal information I collect through premjasuja.com, why I collect it, and what you can ask me to do with it.
Who is responsible for your data

What I collect
- What you send me. When you fill in the contact form or book a call, I receive your name, email address, phone number, the service you selected and anything you write in the message box.
- Booking details. If you book a meeting, my scheduling provider records the time you chose and the details you enter on its booking page.
- Usage information. Like most websites, my hosting provider records technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you opened. This is used to keep the site running and secure.
- Client project data. If we work together, you may give me access to your advertising, analytics or website accounts. I treat everything inside those accounts as confidential and use it only to do the work you asked for.
Why I use it
- To answer your enquiry and send you a proposal.
- To deliver and report on the services you have hired me for.
- To send invoices and keep the records my accountant and tax authorities require.
- To keep the website working, measure how it performs and improve it.
I do not sell your personal information, and I do not add you to a marketing list without you asking for it.
Cookies and measurement
This website may use cookies and similar technologies to measure traffic and to see which pages lead to enquiries. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time; the site will still work. Where consent is required by law, you will be asked before any non-essential cookie is set.
Who else can see your data
I work alone, so nobody else reads your enquiry. Some trusted services process data on my behalf: the company that hosts this website, my email provider, my scheduling tool and, where relevant, advertising and analytics platforms such as Google and Meta. Each of them only receives what they need to provide that service. If you contact me through Upwork, that platform's own privacy policy also applies.
How long I keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within 24 months. Records connected to paid work are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require, normally eight years in India. You can ask me to delete your enquiry sooner.
Your rights
You can ask me to show you the personal data I hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for a particular purpose. Write to ads@premjasuja.com and I will reply within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK and you are not happy with my answer, you can complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, and account access shared with me is protected with strong passwords and two-factor authentication wherever the platform supports it. No system is perfect, so please do not send passwords or card details by email; I will never ask for them that way.
Children
This website and these services are meant for businesses. I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will appear on this page with a new date at the top.
