LockedIn AI – 360° Digital Marketing, SEO & Advertising Leadership

LockedIn AI is an AI-powered interview-cracking platform that helps job seekers ace interviews with real-time answer suggestions, AI copilots, mock interviews, resume optimization, auto job applications, and career-boosting guidance. I worked as the full-stack Digital Marketing Manager—responsible for driving brand growth, lead generation, user acquisition, and overall marketing performance across global audiences.

My role included complete ownership of performance marketing, SEO, brand messaging, conversion funnels, creatives, analytics, and continuous optimization of campaigns to increase signups, traffic, and user engagement.

THE STORY

When I joined LockedIn AI, the product had strong AI features but needed a scalable marketing engine that could bring predictable signups and high-quality users. The challenge was clear: build brand authority, create a powerful acquisition system, and increase conversions across multiple channels—while maintaining a premium, trustworthy identity.

I started by understanding the user journey of job seekers, analyzing the gaps in the funnel, and identifying the most profitable channels. From there, I developed a complete 360° marketing ecosystem: SEO foundations, paid ads, social content strategy, retargeting systems, automation, and full-stack creatives.

As the product improved, I continuously refined the messaging and positioning:
LockedIn AI doesn’t just “prepare” candidates—it helps them crack job interviews.
This became the anchor for all campaigns and brand communication.

OUR APPROACH

Here is the structured, strategic approach I used to scale LockedIn AI:

1. Complete Marketing Audit

  • Competitor analysis (interview tools, AI copilots, mock interview platforms)

  • Funnel audit: landing pages, trust signals, CTAs, conversion leaks

  • Website SEO and AEO audit

  • Brand messaging and positioning assessment

2. SEO & AEO Growth System

  • Built 100% SEO-optimized blog architecture

  • Created topic clusters around interviews, AI tools, resume tips, job search guidance

  • Fixed Yoast issues, on-page errors, internal linking, and schema

  • Built continuous off-page strategy: web 2.0s, social bookmarks, classifieds, image submissions, profiles, citations, backlinks

  • Executed AEO-friendly content to rank for conversational queries

4. Conversion Funnel Optimization

  • Designed and optimized landing pages for Quality Score & conversion rate

  • Added trust elements, testimonials, FAQs, scripts, and UX flows

  • Setup tracking systems for accuracy across GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, Bing UET

  • Built a complete analytics dashboard for monitoring user behavior

6. Automation & Retention

  • Created automated nurture flows with value-driven emails

  • Built onboarding flows to educate users on AI Copilot benefits

  • Implemented remarketing journeys across paid channels

  • Increased product adoption and reduced drop-off

3. Performance Marketing (Google, Meta, Bing, TikTok)

  • Created Search campaigns for interview and job-seeker keywords

  • Built Performance Max assets with tested audience signals

  • Managed global paid campaigns with aggressive optimization

  • Created and tested 100s of creatives (static, carousel, video, reels, UGC-style)

  • Reduced CPC, improved CTR, and increased signups through structured testing

  • Developed remarketing layers across Google + Meta for higher conversion

5. Brand Identity & Content System

  • Wrote high-impact copy for landing pages, ads, blogs, emails
